Why do I need to enable cookies on my browser to use iHealthSpace?

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your computer, mobile phone or other device when you visit a web site. iHealthSpace uses cookies to improve your experience on our site, but do not use it to collect personal information about you, or to personally identify you.

First-party cookies are cookies that are set by the site listed in the address bar. This needs to be enabled in order to use iHealthSpace. Third-party cookies come from other domain sources that have items, such as images, embedded on the page. This is optional and not required to use iHealthSpace, but may be required by other web sites you visit. Depending on your browser, you can control which types of cookies you allow.

I'm still seeing issues after turning cookies on

If cookies in your browser are enabled and you're still seeing an error message that your browser's cookie functionality is turned off, exit from your current browser and try opening a new window in your browser. Sometimes a browser's cookies will not work properly when you are using multiple tabs in a browser window.
